Quality Assurance Program (CQI)
Our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiative is integral to the provision of both clinical and non-clinical services. The goals of CQI include improving processes, reducing costs, improving outcomes and increasing both technical and perceived quality.

We ensure that our clients receive care that complies with or exceeds the standards set by the governmental agencies that have jurisdiction over the organization being served and complies with all federal, state and local laws.

Our CQI program establishes an objective and systematic manner for CFG Health Systems to evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care, resolve identified concerns and pursue opportunities to improve care.

Utilization Reviews
The CFG Utilization Management Program is organized under clinical leadership to insure that appropriate clinical decisions drive this process. Physicians review all utilization decisions. Additionally, our utilization management works in lockstep with our Continuous Quality Improvement program in both prospective and retrospective review of specialty and hospital care. This is an ongoing, constantly evolving process that insures the highest quality of service is provided.
